About 30 thousand new jobs will be created in Moscow outside TTR

New workplaces will appear within the framework of the city program for the creation of workplace associated infrastructure outside the TTR.

17 agreements have already been concluded with investors under the program.

In exchange for financial benefits, developers will build schools and kindergartens, industrial technology parks, shopping and business centers, an industrial complex and other facilities with a total area of more than 1 million sq. m.

Investors will put RUB 83.4 bn into the implementation of these projects. The city will provide benefits to developers for RUB 38 bn, and in return Moscow will receive 29,700 new workplaces, of which 19,200 workplaces will appear in office and business facilities and at trade and catering enterprises; 9,500 workplaces will appear at modern production facilities and in technoparks; more than 1,000 workplaces will appear at social facilities built according to the program.
