The development of industry and public-private partnerships is an absolute priority in Moscow's investment agenda. For effective work in this direction, the City Investment Management Agency was created in the capital. Investors who come to the city receive support for projects here on "a window" principle - from the idea to the moment of full implementation. The Agency celebrates its 10th anniversary this month.

Since 2011, the Agency's specialists have been developing economic and legal conditions for investment projects, taking into account the interests of all parties, so that entrepreneurs can comfortably and profitably invest in urban projects, conduct consultations, and also introduce systemic measures to improve the investment climate in the capital. Today, with the participation of the Moscow Investment Agency, more than 250 public-private partnership projects are being implemented.

Bolshevichka – Hundred Years of Success

For almost a century now, the enterprise has maintained its brand at a high level and modern technologies and contracts with leading world companies are promoting its continued growth and competitiveness. The Bolshevichka story began back in the 1920s, with the factory starting up in 1929. One of the first workshops was that manufacturing jackets and trousers, as well as coats. It employed 250 workers. The factory was located on the territory of the Perlovs’ former tea-packing plant. During the war, Bolshevichka produced greatcoats, trench coats and reefer jackets for the Red Army and was then honoured to receive an order to make all the uniforms for the Victory Parade.
