According to the results of six months of this year, more than 4,500 objects were sold at auctions for the sale and lease of city property. These are premises and buildings for business, land plots, non-stationary retail facilities and apartments.

The capital directs the funds received to the budget for the construction of new facilities and the implementation of social programs.
