The first industrial technopark will appear in Moscow

As part of the stimulation program of job creation, in 2024 the investor will build the first industrial technopark in Moscow. Investments in the project will amount to RUB 550 m, and about 300 jobs will be created.

This is the third agreement signed in the capital. Last year, Moscow signed two agreements under which more than 100,000 sq. m. of office space will appear outside the TTR.

Strogino technopark

Today, there are 33 technoparks in Moscow. The residents can rent premises at attractive prices, and receive various benefits from the Moscow Government. General Director Sergei Teplov told the Moscow Investment Portal about the Strogino infrastructure and business preferences.
