A 20-year concession agreement to create a new geriatric center in the West Moscow was signed with an investor. The investments will be at least RUB 450 m.

This type of public-private partnership - a concession - provides an opportunity to develop socially important infrastructure with investors’ funds. In this case, the city receives a running facility with a title to it, and the business receives revenues from services to be provided for a certain period of time.
