The Moscow Government has signed a 10-year offset contract for with the Moscow Endocrine Plant. Under the contract, the investor shall localize the production of 20 drugs in the city within two years.
The offset contract provides not only for the state procurement of goods, but also for the supplier's counter-investment obligations to localize production.
The total current amount of private investment in the five offset contracts signed by Moscow is RUB 12.9 bn.
