The active re-development of industrial zones started in 2010. During this time, houses, social and production facilities have appeared in the renovated areas. The total built-up area already exceeds 23 million square meters.

The re-development of old abandoned industrial zones became one of the important strategic projects for Moscow. Until recently, they occupied a huge area of 18,800 hectares. And only one fifth of industrial zones are used by operating plants.

Strogino technopark

Today, there are 33 technoparks in Moscow. The residents can rent premises at attractive prices, and receive various benefits from the Moscow Government. General Director Sergei Teplov told the Moscow Investment Portal about the Strogino infrastructure and business preferences.
