New Pharma Plant to Be Constructed in Moscow

R-Opra, a Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone resident, manufactures drugs and is localizing its production in Moscow within the second offset contract. The plant construction has been started this year.

The offset contract will enable to set up another modern innovative import-substituting production facility in Moscow. The company will manufacture demanded drugs which are mostly not being produced in Russia now.
