Part of Shubins’ Mansion Can Be Rented at Preference Rate

Level 1 of the Shubins’ mansion has been listed for auction. The winner will be able to rent the units under the RUR-1-per-square-meter program. The mansion is a regional cultural heritage unit.

Applications are to be submitted by February 21. The auction will take place on February 27.

2 units under the RUR-1-per-square-meter program are currently being presented on the Moscow Investment Portal.
