Business Support and Reconditioning of Architectural Monuments: 70 Units Rented at Preference Rate

70 units and buildings has been rented out at a preference rate of RUR 1 per square meter since 2013. Cultural heritage units are among the rented units – former mansions and revenue houses to be reconditioned. Some units are for new educational facilities: schools, kindergartens.
