Moscow increases the efficiency of budget expenses for procurement of equipment, food, repair works, and other products, works and services needed for the city function. For this purpose, the Moscow Government developed and implemented a technology of starting (maximum) contract price building and examination in the procurement system.
The price examination is an efficient tool to optimize the budget expenses.
