Grants and Subsidies: How Moscow Supports Business

During the spread of the coronavirus epidemic in Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin launched four packages of measures to support the capital business. The total support amount was RUR 90 bn. These are zero rental payments, deferral in advance payments, compensation for property tax and land payments and assistance in crediting and subsidizing small and medium-sized companies regardless of their business type.
