The Moscow authorities to bring in investors to build ten transfer hubs in 2017

тпу-фонвизинская.jpg (1200×900)The list includes the Timiryazevskaya, South-Eastern, Nekrasovka, Dmitrievskogo Street, Pyatnitskoye Shosse, Klenovy Boulevard, Technopark, Treshkovo, Nagatinskaya and Khoroshevskaya transfer hubs. They will eventually feature more than 470,000 square metres of housing and around 160,000 square metres of retail space, in addition to offices and parking lots.

No starting prices have been set yet for most of the lots. More than 250 transfer hubs are to be built in Moscow by 2020.
