Residents rented or bought more than 11 ha of land plots from the city for the construction of private houses

Most of the purchased plots are located in the Troitsk administrative District.

Since the beginning of 2021, citizens purchased and leased 87 land plots with a total area of 11.7 ha from the city for individual housing construction. Buildings with a height of no more than 2 floors and a construction volume of about 47,500 sq. m can be placed here. The purchase of land for residential housing took place within a competitive procedure and without bidding. Citizens rented plots at auctions. Subsequently, it can be redeemed from the city at a discount of 60 percent of the cadastral value of the land.
