The city has allocated more than 86 hectares of land for infrastructure development

Since the beginning of the year, Moscow has allocated more than 86 hectares of land for the implementation of 77 large-scale investment projects. Industrial enterprises, sports and recreation centers, social facilities and transfer hubs will appear on these sites in different districts of the city.

Large-scale investment projects have been implemented in the capital since 2016. For them, the city provides land on lease without bidding for a period of six years.
