Moody's Investors Service Limited sees no reasons to lower the investment grade of Moscow in its rating. It is now Baa3 stable. Experts expect the city's economy to recover dynamically despite the decline in business activity due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
The decline rate of the Moscow economy is estimated at about 4% at the end of 2020. In 2021, the economic growth will be faster than the national average.
