Preferential Rent Program for Small Businesses Extended for 2021

Small businesses that rent units of up to 300 square meters or are engaged in socially important activities will be able to get a preferential or minimum rental rate for city premises in 2021.

It will allow 965 individual entrepreneurs and organizations to keep renting units from the city at the minimum rate of RUB 4,750 per square meter and at the preferential rate of RUB 3,500 per square meter.
