New Bank Joined Moscow Government Soft Business Loan Program

The Moscow Government and Bank Intesa have signed an agreement on subsidizing the soft loans for business. The city will subsidize the 8% annual interest rate of new stabilizing loans for business support and development and the 6% annual interest for current loans.
