One-fifth of industrial zones in the center of Moscow have been reorganized

Forty-six real estate listings with a combined area of over 1.7 million square meters have been constructed in Moscow’s Central District within the last six years of industrial estate redevelopment. Reclamation of industrial areas is one of the priorities in the capital’s city-planning policy.
Moscow’s authorities plan to use these industrial zones to construct residential buildings and infrastructure. They are ready to upgrade old plants, and reorient them toward innovative and environmentally friendly manufacturing or to accommodate scientific sites.
