Moscow bonds assigned highest Russian credit rating

03 November 2017

The highest national rating is due to the high level of economic development, self-sustainability, structural balance of the budget, and the city’s low debt burden.

An analytical credit rating agency assigned the highest national scale credit rating AAA to bond series 32048 and 27066.

The growth in Moscow’s economy in recent years has made it possible for the city to implement large-scale infrastructure programmes and improve the investment climate and the quality of the urban environment.
