Moscow is actively pursuing an import substitution strategy for healthcare and pharmaceuticals

фарма.jpg (500×375)The Moscow Government is busy considering projects for localising pharmaceuticals manufacturing in the city in order to build up industrial capacity in that area. Pharmaceuticals and healthcare are two priorities for Moscow’s import substitution programme. The goal is to establish import-substituting pharmaceutical and medical equipment manufacturing enterprises in the city.
