Technopark Mosgormash is an innovative infrastructure project in Moscow launched in 2013 at the site of a mechanical engineering and processing enterprise.
The technopark’s main goal is to set up a centre to attract high-tech companies and serve as a “growing point” for the Kolomenskoye 30-II industrial zone in Moscow’s Southern Administrative District, which is beneficial to the city’s development as an investment and innovation loadstone.
The real estate of the technopark includes four buildings with total floor area of 33,000 sq m and two land plots with an overall footprint of 6.43 hectares. The technopark will accommodate over 30 innovative companies on its premises over the course of five years, which will create 1,600 jobs.
