This is an online service for asking questions or obtaining advice on investment activities

The Direct Line is a quick way to ask the Moscow Government your question or to submit an enquiry. You will be able to track the status of your enquiries and to obtain up-to-date information on their consideration. The Direct Line will help you establish effective communications with the Moscow Government.

You will see the applications you have submitted in the “Enquires/Complaints” section in your Account, where you will also be able to track their status. Notifications on changes in status will be sent to the email you enter when registering on the Portal.
