A plan for the creation of investment items and necessary transportation, energy, social, engineering, utility and telecommunication facilities until 2022 is contained in the Moscow Targeted Investment Program approved by Moscow Government Decree # 1323-PP dated 15.10.2019 (hereinafter - TIP).
TIP covers all the key facilities, the construction and reconstruction of which are determined by the Moscow state programs, including those based on public-private partnership.
