Plan for creating investment projects and infrastructure facilities

A plan for the creation of investment objects and necessary transportation, energy, social, engineering, utility and telecommunication facilities until 2021 is contained in the Moscow Targeted Investment Program approved by Moscow Government Decree No. 1233-PP dated October 9, 2018 (hereinafter - TIP).

TIP covers all the key facilities, the construction and reconstruction of which are determined by the Moscow state programs, including those based on public-private partnership.

The main directions and priorities of the Moscow TIPs, development plans according to administrative districts, functional and industry-specific facilities (transport infrastructure, industrial zones, public territories, etc.) are described in the relevant subsections.
